ART-ER develops studies and analyses on topics of interest for the regional system, prepares sectoral and scenario analyses, and periodically publishes the results in thematic series to support the policies and strategies of the Emilia-Romagna Region.
The company collaborates with various regional or sectoral observatories, coordinating some of them and conducting activities of analysis and content development in the following areas: regional economy and production system, labor market and skills, research and development, digital innovation, youth, culture and creativity, commerce, tourism, green economy, sports, participatory processes, housing policies, construction, and public contracts.
Additionally, it manages the "Emilia-Romagna Innodata" portal, a showcase for data on the ecosystem of Emilia-Romagna.
DESIER
The DESIER index measures the level of digitization of the municipalities in our region through 60 indicators, each of which is linked to the analysis dimensions of the European DESI and the DESI of the Politecnico di Milano.
INNODATA
The goal of the Innodata Portal is to provide businesses, institutions, and citizens with a significant amount of organized and easily readable 'open data' on research, innovation, and higher education in Emilia-Romagna.
