Its priority goals are innovation and attractiveness, skills and talents, local development, regional and international cooperation, fostering participation, social innovation and creativity processes.
It works through direct initiatives or supporting initiatives of ART-ER shareholders and of the ecosystem players, relying on a strong network of relations at a regional, national and international level.
