ARCADIA | Transformative climate resilience by nature-based solutions in the continental bio-geographical region
The project contributes to the EU Mission Adapatation goal of making 150 European regions resilient to climate change .
5 "model" regions of the "continental" biogeographic area will undertake a journey of building a resilience plan associated with interventions with green and blue infrastructure and field testing innovative nature-based solutions in various domains, scales and contexts to be then mainstreamed into regional land-use planning and management tools
Also involved are 3 replicating regions to work on replication, scale-up and mainstreaming mechanisms.
