BLUE ECOSYSTEM

BLUE ECOSYSTEM will Design and test Territorial Co-creation Innovation Labs for the development of integrated strategies for sustainable, inclusive and resilient Blue Growth challenges in pilot regions.

The project will build on the MISTRAL project outputs related to S3 regional priorities definition on Blue Growth (Regional Action Plans) and innovative services tested (such as the matchmaking system) This approach will be further developed in order to open to Civil Society Organizations, NGO and Citizens the possibility to influence policies and projects related to Sustainable Blue Bio-Economy in selected territories. 

The project will further develop the methodology through experimenting common strategies to involve citizens in the definition of territorial challenges and the development of territorial solutions and innovation even through the use of Digital Open and Participatory Innovation Platforms and Public Engagement Strategies.
