COMMON GROUND | Azioni interregionali di contrasto allo sfruttamento lavorativo e di sostegno alle vittime
Common Ground is financed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies through PON Inclusion 2014-2020 and PON Inclusion 2021-2027 resources and the partnership is composed by five Italian regions: Piemonte (lead partner), Emilia-Romagna, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Liguria. The objective of the project is to carry out interventions to support social, health, housing and work integration of third-country nationals who are victims and potential victims of labor exploitation. At a regional level, the partnership is made up of ART-ER Attrattiva Ricerca Territorio S.cons.p.a, Regional Employment Agency, ANCI Emilia-Romagna, the Municipalities of Piacenza, Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bologna, Ferrara, Ravenna, Rimini, the Valle del Savio Municipalities Union and Winner Mestieri Emilia-Romagna s.c.s.
The actions envisaged by Common Ground include strengthening the capacity of the partners and members of the regional networks, the implementation of the multi-agency interventions described by the "National Guidelines" , the promotion of collaboration with the responsible for control and supervision activities in the workplace, the activation of integrated and personalized orientation, training, work support and the promotion of growing levels of awareness among public administrators , civil society subjects, businesses and citizens regarding the topic.
As part of Common Ground, ART-ER carries out support activities for the Emilia-Romagna Region in the management of the project and in the implementation of training courses for operators and other subjects who work in the field of labor exploitation.
