CRITER

Management and operation of compliance with conditions related to operation, maintenance, functional and energy efficiency control of thermal systems for winter and summer air conditioning of buildings through the following activities (Article 25 quater of Regional Law No. 26/2004, as amended):

• Accreditation of involved parties to be entrusted with the activities of maintenance, to the functional control and energy efficiency of thermal systems
• Accreditation of Assessment Agents to whom to entrust the activities of Inspection and Inspection
• Periodic Verifications by means of Documentary Checks and Field Inspection, in order to ensure adequate energy efficiency and reduction of pollutant emissions of thermal plants
• Management of Plant Booklets and Technical Reports of Control and Inspection, called the Emilia-Romagna Regional Cadastre of Thermal Installations (CRITER)
• Technical support for the updating of legislative and regulatory provisions of regional rank
