Horizon Europe Observatory
In the scope of the Horizon Europe Observatory, ART-ER performs analyses on participation in European research projects by the Universities, businesses, Research Institutions and public bodies of the region, in order to monitor the competitive and project capacity of the region’s players engaged in research and innovation at a European level.
