MIA | Mappatura Innovazione Aperta

MIA | Mapping Open Innovation is the first regional mapping and classification of companies (Small, Medium and Large) in Emilia-Romagna that engage in Open Innovation (OI).

The objective of the survey is the scouting of all companies in Emilia-Romagna that use business approaches pragmatically traceable to the concept of Open Innovation. The result of this activity is the construction of the first database of companies doing Open Innovation in Emilia-Romagna.  Some data will be made public through a Data Visualization tool and the remaining information will be presented in aggregate form in a General report.

MIA is the first mapping at the regional level and is a strategic tool available to all actors in the regional Innovation Community. MIA networks those in Emilia-Romagna who apply the concept of Open Innovation. This is relevant for the visibility of individual companies, but also for the regional production system as a whole and its representativeness in national and international contexts.
