Research-ER

Research-Er is the regional ART-ER program for the enhancement of the skills and employability of doctoral students and researchers in Emilia-Romagna in collaboration with regional universities.

Starting from 2019, it develops initiatives to support the professional development of regional researchers at the first stage of their career in Emilia-Romagna.

The aim of the program is to enhance skills not related to the "vertical" field of scientific and technological research, but to facilitate integrations between these and transversal skills for research, innovation management and the ability to network with others subjects of the regional ecosystem, in particular matching with companies also with a view to collaboration and future employability.

Research-ER was born from the need to create a structured program capable of supporting doctoral students and researchers:

• integrating their skills with innovative paths and support services closely linked to innovation management;
• bringing them ever closer to the world of business and public administration, in a direct and experiential way;
• making them participants in the ecosystem, visible and aware of their role.

The program is developed according to 4 priority areas of intervention:

2. Innovation Management
3. Mentorship and matching with companies and PAs
4. Regional community
