SACE
Management and operation of compliance with conditions related to the operation of the system of Certification and Energy Performance of buildings and individual building units through the following activities (Article 25b of Regional Law No. 26/2004, as amended):
- Accreditation of experts and bodies to be entrusted with the activities of the Energy Performance Certification of buildings
- Management of the information system for the mandatory registration of Energy Performance Certificates (APE)
- Management and verification of compliance of Energy Performance Certificates through Documentary Checks and Field Inspection, in order to ensure adequate quality
- Technical support for the updating of legislative and regulatory provisions of regional rank
