The Unit fosters the creation and development of new innovative companies through the conception and management of projects, platforms, and tools involving entrepreneurial groups, startups, and the regional innovation ecosystem.
It works on four main activities:
- Coordination and management of programs supporting entrepreneurial teams and innovative startups
- Coordination of regional entities within the startup ecosystem
- Support for the definition of regional policies for startups
- Participation in national and international networks
