Digitale Facile Emilia-Romagna

The project aims to support at least 159,000 citizens in the Emilia-Romagna Region through over 200 regional facilitation points to help them access the digital services of the public administration and train them to achieve basic digital skills based on the DigComp 2.2 framework.

Through the digital facilitation services, we provide individual support where an expert will help you solve a specific problem, such as:

• Registering for SPID
• Booking a specialist appointment through the Electronic Health Record
• Installing the IO App and other useful apps on your smartphone
• Making a payment via PagoPA
• Printing a certificate through ANPR
• Activating an email account or a certified email (PEC)
• Registering with the National Index of Digital Domiciles (INAD)

And many other possibilities.

Through the training services, we organize training courses for every skill level, from using computers and smartphones for those who have never used them, to advanced courses to improve knowledge and discover the other opportunities that the digital world offers. By attending our courses, you can become autonomous in using digital technologies and take full advantage of the opportunities that technology and the internet offer.

ART-ER creates training materials and courses, as well as manages the remote digital facilitation service, aimed at those who cannot go to a Digital Easy Point but want to use the service remotely: from home, from work, or from a public location.
